I’m off to Italy for the weekend to see family. Alone. Feeling giddy and slightly giddy in equal measure. (as a child I used to love the movies with Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis… and we chose Dean’s song “that’s Amore” as our wedding song.  I’m ever so fond of the old crooner)

ok… the boys are back from their tour and the house smells of sport kits wore for two weeks and occasionally washed in a sink… if you catch my drift… but you know what? I don’t care. I’m happy they’re home, I’m happy they’ve had a fabulous time and saw some of the world out …
